AP Calculus (Fall 11/Spring 12) - Sending Site: Valley City   Course Description Midway-3, Grade Level: 11-12 Sending School: Valley City HS Credit: 1.0 The main objective of this course is for students to receive a sound foundation in the study of calculus in order for them to be as successful as they can be in their future mathematics courses. Students are made aware early on in the course that they will be working harder than they have in the past to achieve success in AP Calculus. Homework assignments may take a minimum of 45 minutes per day work outside of the classroom. This class is intended for students planning to attend college and pursue mathematics related fields. At the completion of the course students will have the opportunity to take the AP exam and earn college credit for their coursework. Close
